Peter was very nice to deal with. The camper was very clean, like new when received.
We did have an issue with the propane tanks. We paid for 2 tanks, the connected tank was empty. There may have been a leak? We had to do our 3 week trip with one tank. The availability of propane was good but not for the tanks we had. The tank that fit our van has been discontinued. There was always the risk we would run out so we had to change our menu and as a result ate out more than we had intended. I would use you again but would get more clarity on drop off and pick up times and get a van with the new propane tank size. We were under the impression that we would be picked up in a reasonable time on arrival to Edinburgh. We had to wait too long (2.5hrs at least) when we had arranged for early pick up. Drop off at the end of our trip was 10 am. We had to wait over an hour.

Friendly and attentive service, including a very kind lift to and from Stirling Station to the pickup and drop-off location. The van was great, couldn't have asked for more. Slightly odd experience doing the drop-off and pickup in a Morrisons car park rather than in an office, but that's a really minor point.
