The van was basic, but included everything I needed for a short camping trip. I will note that at my campground, I did have bathrooms and showers, so I didn't need to use the toilet. There were a few minor issues upon delivery, but Connie handled everything well and worked to make sure that I was happy with everything. More comfortable than tent camping! I would recommend this van for one person, max, as the bed would only accommodate one person. Connie has done a great job with this van conversion.

Overall great, some mechanical issues because it’s older van. It was easy to park and had everything we needed for week long trip through WA National Parks. Privacy was nice with tinted windows and curtains. Solar was great, for fridge. When we started tire had nail in it so had to be replaced, and some electrical issues with loose connections, but were able to resolve everything. Connie personally came to help us out. I would recommend it.

Everything about this rental was bad. There was no time set for pick so I request a time. Connie informed she had a meeting in the morning which is fine so I request to meet earlier time. She agreed to an earlier time so I don’t know why she said we agreed to meet at 3pm in the review she gave me. I have receipts. Honestly a lot of things were not as advertised. There was suppose to be a third row but she never told us she took it out or put it in the description. When I met up with her she lied and said it was and changed the description later and updated photos. The photos I saw were different and I even took screens shots of it. The extra seating for a 2nd person was extreme unsafe and and made me nauseous while driving. We kept the car cause there was no other alternative on such short notice (basically no notice). I complained about the car because I felt like these thing should be address. Such as head lights were weak at night, rear view mirror (was actually a rear view camera) didn’t work so we could never see behind us, the battery never worked and couldn’t not use the fridge, she tried to fix the battery but looked unsafe ( looks like it could have started a fire) and still didn’t work afterwards. These are major issues when renting out a van and felt soooo unsafe. I felt like these were issues that needed to be address. She complained that I didn’t give her enough time to fix these issues because I request an earlier time for pick up. However I reserve booking months in advance and can’t understand how a few more hours she would made those repair. We returned the car in exactly the same condition we got it but she filed a claim on us. I’m so shocked by the treatment she has provide and decided not to talk to her anymore because now I see she is trying to place the blame on us. I’m completely flabbergasted and I’ve never had this issue before. (Photo “before” - shows a 3rd row under the bed that converts) she took down the photo that shows the actually 3rd row. You can also see the set up is different. (Photo “reality” - shows the extra seat is just on a bench on the side of the van with 2 pads for seating) also shows set up was not as advertised. (Photo of battery - this was when she tired to fix the battery but isn’t secured. I was advised by my bf brother that is the black cable with the clamp came off while driving, it could start a fire since it was all wood the surrounded the battery.) We felt worried every time we were driving after that.

Connie’s van was a gem! The description of the van is perfect, a stealthy easy on gas easy to park camper. I rented the van for 10 days and it had zero issues. The perfect size if you are solo traveling. Since it was a mini van and not a camper, finding places to park for the night was no issue at all. Connie was very responsive whenever I had questions about the van! Overall a 10/10 experience!!

Connie was fantastic, very friendly and super helpful both before and during the trip. She and her family have put a tremendous amount of thought and work into preparing this campervan, and it shows in the little touches! This was definitely the best way to explore parks in the PNW and I hope to be back soon!!

This was a great van for exploring the San Juan islands. The van easily got to all the campsites. Connie was great to communicate with and really helpful. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

Connie was really helpful and provided some lovely touches as part of the van. It’s a great value van, and because of the size, easy for parking and around town as well as getting to the campsites. Connie was very clear on expectations including letting us know it might be a bit of a tight fit for my tall partner. She was always quick to respond to any queries, all round a great host.
