I've rented two other times, but working with Raul was by far the best. We are looking forward to our next adventure and will definitely use his services again!!

I found DFW outdoor rental through TikTok and I am glad I did! Our own rv was totaled and we really did not want to get another right away. The process of reserving an rv was so easy and if I had questions and they would respond immediately. The rv we rented was the Eleanor. It completely met our needs for our family of 8 and our big dog! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. All we had to bring was food and drinks. Thanks Raul for making this a very pleasant experience. We loved it and my little granddaughters loved the bunk room! We will definitely use y’all again and will recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely horrible. Had to leave the RV and rent a car. The owner was no help and the RV is a POS. Do not recommend

I understand this was a frustrating experience. The generator on this RV had a broken wire which appeared to be pulled or yanked in an area where there are no moving parts. This was not a maintenance issue or a wear and tear issue. It was a damage issue that occurred during the trip. They were using the generator for the first half of the trip just fine. I can accept they don't know how it happened but it did happen during their trip. They made the decision to abandon the RV. The RV was still drivable. As for no help, I immediately went into trouble shooting over the phone when the renter contacted me. I then spent the better part of and hour and half trying to find a tech to come out but could not find anyone to work on a generator. Outdoorsy was finally successful in finding someone but they were no help. We had to travel to Louisiana to pick up the RV and bring it home.

The RV has a name. How cool is it that Raul and Gloria have named the RV's they rent! My family actually rented two RV's from Raul. This one was my favorite but both were amazing. Raul's a great guy. Hemade sure it was all setup and we knew how to do everything. It was an incredible first RV renting experience.

The van is perfect. It handles great and gets good gas mileage. The bed is very comfortable. The driver and passenger seats were quite nice. No driver fatigue or discomfort related to the seats. Raul and Gloria thought about every detail and need.

Raul was awesome on helping pickup and drop off. Would recommend these two to anyone they did amazing.they helped me out on short notice and done amazing. And the trailer was nice and clean and worked great.
