About Ryan's RV rentals
We are Andrea and Ryan. We are Exhibit A in the proof that opposites attract. She likes looking out over the water with her feet in the sand and the sun on her face. He likes backpacking in mountains with his feet in the boots and sweat and mud on his face. Together we raise four beautiful children, including a special needs child with Cerebral palsy. We love to travel as a couple and as a family. Some of our favorite spots include Paris, Malta, the Pacific Northwest and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in the UP’s Brimley State Park. Our site was situated right on Lake Superior beach where we took a 2 mile walk on the beach. RV Thor had a brush and whisk pan on board for the unwanted sand that followed us inside. We drove over to Canada one day for the Agawa Canyon Train ride with no issues at customs. The bed was large but I would recommend bringing a queen sized foam topper to help with a few bar issues. Everything else worked exactly as needed :) We also visited the Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. Great fall colors!

Ryan was a great host and made himself available if anything came up. Traveled around the Michigan Upper Peninsula and the experience in the van was great. Would highly recommend!

This is a great van for traveling. Easy to park on city streets or on back roads. The overall length provides access to any campsite.

Rustic camping in Grayling with my husband early August. Sprinter was very quiet, all the essentials for 2 people. Ryan was great at responding. Extremely clean. Good tutorial to start I was comfortable with taking over. Van ran well, perfect over dirt roads and handles really well on freeway. Would recommend an additional outdoor burner if cooking anything besides boiling water/simple stuff, which we brought. Battery kept it's charge for our 3 days with only running the car for 1 hour each day. Personally, I was impressed with gas mileage for how big a Sprinter it is. Really liked the shade the awning provided to keep an outdoor table for drinks/prep/shoes etc all protected. I would rent again.

This Thor Sanctuary has everything you need in a convenient package. No issues during our 800 mile trip to the Mitten. Easy to drive. Car seat was secured to the back. We slept well with the side windows open and ventilation fan. Ryan (host) made us feel comfortable. He is friendly and down to earth. Will save this great listing for our next trip to UP.

the unit worked wonderful. i took it for a solo trip to a rustic camp site and it provided everything i could need. Ryan was great explaining everything and very accomodating

Ryan is a great host and was really easy to communicate with - we had one technical issue with the lithium ion battery and he worked with us to solve it. Other than that, the trip was lovely. It was a good intro to traveling in an RV.

Renting this Mercedes Thor Santuary Class B was a real treat and Ryan made the process so easy. It's a great vehicle, easy to drive, park, maneuver with incredible latest infotainment and safety technologies. The lithion-ion batteries were great. Would definitely rent from Ryan again and hope to have another opportunity to try out one of these Thor Class B's.

Ryan and his wife were absolutely AMAZING to work with! We had a fabulous time going across the country in "Mercy" (yes we nicknamed her) and she provided everything we could have needed for a flawless trip. My son loved having the back to himself and the TV and the air conditioner made the travel portion of our trip comfortable. Driving her was easy and super comfortable, tons of room and the technology allowed for a more relaxing drive since we had adjusting cruise control, blind spot notification, great navigation and Sirius XM radio. We did not have a solid plan and winged it the entire time, boondocking wherever we went, it was the perfect vehicle to do so. We camped out of the van for almost 3 weeks visiting a whole slew of state and national parks. There was dispersed camping sites all over out west so it was easy to find amazing sites. The bed was big enough for three of us and was quite comfy considering. Bathroom was convenient for #1 (wouldn't recommend for #2), and shower was good for quick rinse offs and 'mini' showers. There was more storage than I expected providing a pantry, drawers and a place for all of our clothing, towels, toiletries etc. The kitchen area was great, they provided all the pots and pans and plates, bowls etc. Between the oven, microwave and fridge we were able to eat easily at the campsite and on the road. My favorite part was the morning coffee using the French Press that they provided. We seriously did not go without the normal luxuries of home life; it was our home away from home.
