Steering felt loose during highway speed, recieved it with half empty fresh water tank when said it was full had to pay for water at camp site, driverside leveling jack did not work so rv moved the whole time , the oven did not turn on , the bedding is very thin and wasnt able to really sleep the black water tank level showed full even after draining it rides rough on highway there are multiple interior isses with triming the bedroom curtain and the skylight scrren above the kitchen aswell as the trim right below the toilet also the wall paper in bedroom top corner is comming off who ever does decide to rent the rv i advise u take photos and document everything at time of pick up to !protect ur deposit!

Hi Leonora,Regarding the cleaning charge, I understand that might have been frustrating. Our standard cleaning fee is $195, but we charged you less than that. Additionally, you left the black tank full of waste, saying you were unable to empty it due to the lever not working. However, we did show you how to operate the lever for emptying the black tank. Given the situation, we chose to waive the usual $85 dumping fee and took care of it ourselves.

The grey tank backed up, the trailer smelled like sewage the whole time, it wasn’t leveled so it shook horribly, and there were no linens, pots, pans, or anything usable for a simple stay at a camp ground. Also the trailer wasn’t in great shape with multiple panels broken (pictured below) on arrival.
