This RV is beautiful and brand new, and the owners were very gracious in accommodating us at the last minute. We are first-time RV users and chose to dry camp with our group at a location without hookups. To prepare, we filled the water tank, topped off the propane, and got a quick briefing from a neighbor who is an experienced RV owner (since we picked up the RV from storage without an orientation from the owner).
Our biggest issue was getting hot water for showers, which was especially important since we were traveling with small kids. We were finally able to get it working on the third night. It seemed there may have been a vapor lock in the water system, and the pump was inconsistent. Additionally, three separate controls needed to be set correctly for the hot water to function: the pump and furnace switches on the main panel, as well as the Truma control switch in the bathroom. Once we resolved the airlock and had all the correct settings in place, it worked.
When we returned the RV and discussed this with the owner, she wasn’t aware of the bathroom switch required to enable the water heater. I would suggest providing renters with a simple printed “how-to” guide outlining key operations and settings for common scenarios.
We also had some difficulty communicating through the app. Although it was able to send a verification text to my phone, I couldn’t respond within the app due to a “unable to verify number” error. IT support wasn’t able to resolve it. Eventually, I fixed the issue by removing the automatically added +1 prefix from my phone number during verification. I’d suggest not adding the +1 by default if it isn’t necessary, as it caused confusion.
Overall, a great RV and a positive experience, with a few operational and communication issues that could be improved for future renters.

We recently rented two RVs from Enjoy Trailer for the Coachella event, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for the trip. I’ve rented Airstreams three times now, so I feel confident saying this — Silver Soufflé is truly the best of the best.
I went on this trip with my brother and his friends, and we were honestly blown away. This Airstream was unbelievably clean — like spotless clean — and everything worked perfectly. No weird smells, no broken knobs, no “almost working” systems. Just smooth, polished, and ready to enjoy.
You can tell the owners really care about their RV rental business. They were incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. That kind of service makes a huge difference.

We’ve rented trailers from these guys a few times before and every trip was smooth, so this was our first time trying their motorhome — Leprechaun Bark. Happy to say, same great experience . It looked exactly like the photos. No surprises at all, which we really appreciated. Inside was cozy, fully stocked, and the bed was actually super comfortable — we slept really well. It’s also very pets and kids friendly (which is huge for us). Everything just felt easy and welcoming. Thank you — we’ll definitely book again. PS. We left the personal stuff in the RV after the droip off (including the wallet) - and they returned everyhing as is the next day, thanks guys!

Overall, the experience was really great and honestly better than we expected. We’ve rented motorhomes before, and every single time the refrigerator was an issue — loud or not cooling properly. But in Leprechaun Bark the fridge worked perfectly. Quiet and actually freezing well, which made a big difference for our trip.
Driving was super smooth too. I’m not very experienced with large RVs, but this one felt stable and easy to handle. All systems worked soft and without any stress. Big thanks to this company — you can tell they take care of their motorhomes. We’ll definitely book this one again in summer.
