I have been renting RV’s for various trips around Florida (short driving trips) for many years. Journey was a referral from a small repair shop near my home. I can’t be happier with the overall experience I had with Journey. Great communication from booking to return, great customer service and a fully functioning RV. I will continue to patronize this company and recommend them highly to anyone needing an RV rental.

The RV was as described in the ad. The rental was very smooth and the experience was excellent. There were a few minor issues with the furniture, but nothing major. We experienced quite cold weather with temperatures around 12°F, and the heating worked very well.

There was great communication from Outdoorsy leading up to our trip which had us in a very positive mindset. The day before we were advised that the RV we had chosen had mechanical issues and we were getting an "upgrade", we said fine. The vehicle itself was adequate but the preparation, amenities were less than expected. Our planned unit had a coffee maker so we didn't bring one, problem was the replacement RV had no coffee pot. The unit had no silverware, utensils, pots, paper towels, dishwashing soap and on top of that there were no sheets for the bed or an outdoor carpet for the steps. The unit was not clean as the refrigerator shelves were filthy and our feet got black walking on the floors that were so dirty. The man that dropped it off was in a rush and didn't do a good job of walking us through everything. The good news is that it was freezing outside but the generator, heater and hot water all worked fine.

Michael, I would like to address your concerns, as I take every rental very seriously and believe clear communication is essential. We manage a fleet of RVs on consignment, and as outlined in the listing, our units do not include amenities by default. Items such as bedding, kitchenware, rugs, towels, coffee makers, and similar supplies are offered as optional add-ons at a very reasonable rate. This policy helps protect RV owners’ personal belongings while giving renters flexibility.

A Girls Family Trip. It was so much fun. We would like to make it an annual experience with Journey USA RV Rentals. We had a rental that was booked but canceled due to electrical problems and then we found Journey USA RV Rentals. Bill the owner was a life saver accommodating us on NYE after 9pm. The process of renting was seamless and speaking with Bill gave us newbies to the RV experience great advice that we used along the way. We traveled from Tampa to St. George Island about 6 hours but a wonderful and scenic drive. The RV was easy to drive using the mirror to gauge the traffic. This RV had a full kitchen which was great. Sleeping accommodations were adequate and comfortable as well as seating for the journey. Unfortunately, we only had three days but will definitely book again for longer. Short trips are doable but you will want more time. Thank you, Bill.
