The RV was a little dusty when we picked it up but we were taking it camping in a dusty area in the desert so we didn't mind. The RV was well stocked with everything we needed.

The host himself is friendly and communicates well. Unfortunately, the RV was very late (the app quoted 11 AM and we got it at 6:30 PM) which resulted in missed meals, midnight arrival, and miserable children. The RV itself works, but was old and grungy. It has over 270K miles and feels like it. The upholstery wafts clouds of dust if you hit it and most of the dishes and utensils are oily. Peeling panels and malfunctioning meters abound. It could use a very deep clean and a dozen minor repairs. This may be a good RV to rent if the price is low and you can be a bit flexible on timing.

The RV i originally booked was having what sounded like mechanical issues but they had another to swap in that was the same make but a bit older. We enjoyed the relaxing experience of having some "creature comforts" as my husband calls them while still getting away from the city. Dennis and his family were also great in dropping off and picking up the RV from our home so we only had to focus on packing and unpacking.

Great communication, super helpful. RV was clean and worked great. There was one mechanical issue he let us know about beforehand and it was not much of an issue. The listing did say there was an awning, which there wasn’t, and that was a bummer, but again, not a big deal. I would absolutely rent from Dennis again!

We had a great time in our RV rental! We had a small issue our first day and Dennis was quick to respond and correct it. Dennis’ customer service was outstanding. Easy pick up and easy drop off. Thanks again Dennis for all your help!

Our trip had its ups and downs for the 10 days we had the RV. Dennis was a pleasure to work with before and during the trip. He was always very responsive in returning messages or answering a phone call. He was always able to answer the questions we had for him and helped troubleshoot some of our challenges.Negatives:
Check-in process was a bit chaotic. There was a miscommunication between Dennis and Monty, so there was no one at pickup to provide any guidance or show us around the RV. A YouTube video was supplied to watch ahead of time.
Engine is very loud, sounds like there is an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold.
Passenger side floor and lower part of console was getting very hot while driving. Could be a result of the possible exhaust leak.
RV air conditioner barely kicks out cool air, and could not keep up on the warmer days. It was also significantly louder than all of the surrounding RVs when they had their units operating.
Water pump leaked any time it was turned on and would create a stream of water in the living area of the RV
Water inlet for campsite hookup has a consistent drip even when not in use. This is the inlet at the back of the RV, and not the inlet for filling the fresh water tank.
Bathroom shower was very dirty. Shower curtain was stained and appeared to be growing something. We did not feel comfortable using the shower in the RV.
Faulty sensor for fresh water, gray water, and black water was not disclosed ahead of time.
All seat cushions were very dirty. Cushions for the convertible table/bed were especially bad and it felt like they left a film on your hands when moving them around.
"Change Oil Soon" message came on the second day of our trip. This message changed to "Change Oil Required" the next day.
There was either no windshield washer fluid or it did not work.
Black water hose was just in a plastic bag in the back storage area near where all of the camping/luggage is stored.
Gas gauge is inconsistent at times and would jump around giving different readings for how much gas was still in the tank.
The ignitor button on the stove is broke, so we had to use a lighter to light the stove.
Cruise control buttons are falling off the steering wheel.

Was a great RV overall, ran fantastic in the mountains, generator ran beautifully (just don’t forget there’s a setting to change when you climb or drop in altitude 😋). It also runs for a solid 6-8 hours without issues (and we didn’t need any longer)! Dennis was a great host - responsive and timely - we even had a mixup with the RV and Dennis had it handled swiftly. However, Outdoorsy ended up charging me more money during that process, which was an issue that never should have happened and was the hosts’ error in the first place. The one big thing that did really get to us, especially being that my family has an appreciation for travel as a lifestyle, was that our black tanks were at least half-full upon pick-up of the RV. We had to dump the tanks from people before us, and there was not connection seal for the sewage pipe..🤢 Surprisingly, this host does only fill up the tanks to half-full, so the first gas fill up can be pretty pricey. Everything that he states is included is there, so that was awesome! Other than that, we had a great trip with a great host 😊

Dennis is wonderful at communicating with you on any questions. He is very responsive. He showed me the basics when I picked it up. I had no issues driving to my camping spot and back. It was nice having utensils, plates. etc., just in case. I used paper plates and plastic utensils. They did a wonderful job making my experience worry free for using an RV for the 2nd time. I would recommend them. I'm reserving again in July and am looking forward to it. Thanks Dennis!
