I was a first time rv camper. Mark was very responsive to my inquiries when things went wrong during my trip. He helped me by phone or text to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the camper.
I rented Penny the Prolite based on pictures on the website, which i discovered are old. The camper was well used and pretty beat up inside and out. There were loose screws, at least one cabinet that didn't latch without some finagling, and the outlet for the tv/dvd player did not work. There was no awning as shown in picture, but they did provide a screen tent. I did not try setting that up by myself. The camper was dirty when i picked it up. I had to clean it before using it. I would say it's time to either retire Penny or completely renovate her.

Mark was awesome to work with. Excellent communication, super flexible (had to reschedule trip due to family emergency). The camper was perfect and everything worked as it should.

Pick up and drop off were very easy and Mark was responsive and maintained great communication. We’ve been testing out different campers and we found Roxy the Retro to be just a little too small. There was little storage space and the bed was slightly smaller than a regular full, so it was definitely “cozy” sleeping.

Bad rental experience all together. Moldy water system, many broken amenities, trailer not taken care of and not as advertised. Had to go through arbitration to get money back from the owner. Buyer beware.

(This is a bit belated for June 7-11) This is the second time we've rented with Mark/Emma, different trailer this time, and again Mark took really good care of us, making very sure that we knew how it all worked. Had everything we needed for hauling and inside. We are renting a couple different trailers before we make a decision on what we think we want to buy so spending the week with Myrtle helped solidify some of our thinking. This is strictly a personal preference - we prefer a bit larger toilet-shower arrangement but it worked just fine. We had some fairly intense rain a couple times and Myrtle proved very seaworthy through it. We have been vary satisfied working with Mark and Emma and we're sure you will be, too.

Mark’s trailer was awesome. Had everything we needed and he was even nice enough to let us use his hitch. The unit is perfect for 4 people, the awning was clutch because we caught some heavy rain at the end and were able to stay completely dry under it. Would totally rent this again.

Mark and his family were great to rent from. He was quick to respond to questions and concerns and pick and drop off were super easy. His son did a very thorough job of explaining all we needed to know about the trailer and was able to answer our questions, as well as offer tips and suggestions before we took off. The trailer itself, was an older, well loved model in generally good shape. It was well stocked with the basics and had a full propane tank. We found it to be surface clean, although some smaller items needed to be washed again before using (ex. plates had been stacked away wet). There was a small leak via the air conditioner during Hurricane Ida, but Penny kept us quite dry otherwise.

Great time. We were both Flexible to make the trip happen at the last minute. Mark was easy to communicate with. The camper was maintained well, and any questions or concerns we had as new campers he was able to help us with. I will try to add a few pictures soon too.

Mark was flexible and helpful with our last minute rental. The camper was well maintained, and he was able to go over everything with us as first time renters and was able to be reached while on vacation.
