It was a great Van for our trip to Yellowstone. No issues at all. Plenty of power. Decent mileage. Lots of space. The bed really came in handy. The AC was good. We would definitely rent again. Shawn was great to deal with . (FYI. We always take before & after photos on every rental.)

Owner is very dishonest, even beginning from the rental description... "With bike and ski carriers available for no extra charge, your van is ready for adventure." Pay attention during the booking, the owner will actually attempt to charge you for these items and does not care how the rental description reads.
Also, be weary of an owner that delivers a vehicle to you that is dirty, unwashed and has significant pre-existing body damage. This van contains all of this and more and the owner is attempting to swindle his way into keeping the $500 security deposit without any intention of getting the cosmetic paint issues fixed.
I recommend avoiding this rental unless you are looking to get ripped off.

Great experience renting this sprinter van from SLC to Palm Springs and back. No mechanical issues, drives great, and is in great condition! The owners are easy to communicate with and made everything seamless. Will definitely rent again!

From pre trip until drop off my experience with the owner was excellent. Communication was on point, and both pickup and drop off were quick and easy. I was even able to make arrangements to drop it off the night before with no hesitation.

Loved the Sprinter! Easy to drive (fantastic side-view mirrors make it really easy to switch lanes safely - wish I had them on my car!) and spacious. Loved the comfortable and warm mattress (especially compared to sleeping on a blow up mattress on some colder-the-usual nights) - wish we had rented both of them. The National Parks Package made camping possible when flying in from out of state. After picking up the van all we needed to do was grocery shop and we were on our way to Arches! Unforgettable trip. Thanks Shawn!

Exactly what we needed for our trip! The owner was very easy to work with on pick-up and drop-off times and replied quickly during communication. The van felt tall compared to a small SUV and makes you think about where you’re traveling, but not too tall for this mountainside obstacle (see pics).

Shaun Was awesome to work with great communication listing was exactly as described The Van was amazing. Brand NEW!!!! Was a very comfortable road trip to california for 8 adults and a baby.. The rear heat and AC came in handy. the Navigation was nice too. Added bonus it is so tall that they upgraded our parking for free at universal studios so our $25 got us parking where the busses are right up front... Usually 100$ to park a car up there..

It was a great vehicle to take on a road trip. The ability the van gave us to bring multiple families made it much more fun and all the time we spent on the road seemed to fly by. It doesn't hurt that the van is brand new.
