We rented a Flying Cloud 25FB for the weekend. The process was great from beginning to end. Kim answered all of our questions and even provided contact info in case we needed to call her over the weekend. Mike was extremely helpful and thorough while going over the systems and helping us hook it up to our truck and even let us borrow his personal hitch. The Airstream itself was extremely clean and in great working order. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend renting an RV for your next road adventure through this dealership!

Everything was great except two things, one I still believe the battery was bad as I reported earlier in the week because after being plugged in to shore power all week I was unable to move the slide out in after unplugging power, I had to plug back in to shore power to move the slide in and number two issue is the sensors in the septic tanks are obviously dirty because we hardly used it and sensors said full Friday night so we had to get pumped Saturday then again on Sunday so we didn’t have to pay the $100 fee when returned full so it cost me twice to pump. You need to put some water in those tanks and take it for a ride tow slosh it around then drain the tanks

The master bedroom bed was Amazing! Over all very comfortable and lots of room to move about the RV.

We had a great time in the class a motorhome we rented from road adventures. Very clean when we picked it up. Instruction given about operation of the features, and of we went. We had never camped in an rv until now. I highly recommend it.

The unit was great; however, the leveling jacks did not work.

Thank you for your review. We did have the leveling jacks looked at and they are working, however they are very sensitive to any movement and will error out. Please use the 24hour numbers provided for additional help when you have a rental so we can assist you.

Kim did an amazing job making sure we knew everything about the RV we were renting before leaving the lot. She took her time to answer any questions and was extremely helpful getting us ready for our cross-country road trip with a family of seven! I believe she went above and beyond for my family, and I greatly appreciate her kindness and knowledge. Turning in the RV was a breeze, and Kim was there to help us through the process. The RV was in great shape and their policies are very renter-friendly - specifically, no additional charges for generator usage. We have every intention of booking our next RV trip through them again soon.
