About Road Trip's RV rentals

We specialize in providing adventure camping vehicles ready to explore Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Our vehicles come stocked with everything you will need for your road trip including bedding, cooking and kitchenware, cleaning supplies, maps, guide books, camp chairs and more. Our Portland OR location is conveniently located 3 miles from the Portland International Airport and just a block from the light rail MAX station making it easy to get to and from the airport or just about anywhere in Portland. Our hours of operation are 9 AM to 4 PM for pick up and drop off times.

Truck drove great with no issues at all as we camped around Mt Hood. It was such a comfy and cozy atmosphere with the camper by the river. We would definitely recommend for a quick getaway..

The van had everything we needed and more. It was truly an incredible experience thanks to the van and Road Trip Oregon. We took it for the North Oregon Coast loop and it was splendid and comfortable throughout. Road Trip Oregon was communicative and provided ideal service. We would love to rent from them again next year!

We are so happy that we chose Road Trip Oregon for our camper van rental! We could not be more pleased with our experience. The van itself was in great shape and was very well appointed - we had everything that we needed for a few days of camping on the OR coast, and then some. Also, Rico and the crew at Road Trip OR were very attentive and accommodating to our changing plans as well as any questions that came up along the way. We will definitely use them again for future adventures in OR!

The VW Eurovan was perfect for two to explore over a thousand miles of Oregon! While we do not fully take advantage of the “setting up camp with a cooked meal”, this is the way to explore the area. The van is small in size which means easier to drive on the curvy backroads and better gas mileage. Removing the top platform allowed us to pop the van up and we were able to stand in the van and gained storage space while sleeping. One suggestion: travel with a large duffel bag and packing cubes rather than a hard suitcase to save room in the van while you are on the journey! Enjoy all the sights of Oregon!

We had a great week in the Obsidian - we slept comfortably with the doors open and the big nets up listening to the sound of nearby streams. 100% would recommend renting from Road Trip Oregon - the van was great and Rico was very helpful. This was such an enjoyable way to travel and see the area - and we didn’t need to plan too far ahead since we could sleep anywhere we could find a good spot in the woods.
