Meaghann & Carlo were great, but there was some confusion regarding my booking, originally. The website let me reserve 2 nights only, no problem. Then Meaghann informed me, a day later, that there was a 4 night minimum during the Summer and just automatically updated my reservation. I looked all over the website, and the system let me reserve the 2, so I wasn't stoked on the change. Luckily, Meaghann was accommodating and I really did need 3 nights, any way. Once we discovered the discrepancy, she worked hard to communicate and accommodate me the entire trip. Very communicative and helpful. I have plans to be back to rent more!!

It was our first time renting and we couldn’t shower water came out cold there was water leaking under the rv. Heater didn’t warm up the water our boys ended up leaving us due to no warm water to wash their face or shower. My 80 year old mother couldn’t shower either and we were out for three day. We really didn’t use it but to sleep and spent more time with sister that has her own rv and more experienced . They were nice about it when we went to rent it out when we got back to return the rv seemed like she didn’t know us and kinda felt ignored . We got charged for cleaning fee of $120 when we didn’t use the shower or the stove and toilet was dirty when I heard cleaning fee of $120 for a dirty shower stove we didn’t even get to use or enjoy at all I went to clean it with sanitizing wipes and even the toilet The lady didn’t accept the fact I went to clean toilet that took less than 5 minutes and still got charged the $120 fee .
According to her she couldn’t be able to rent it out after having to have cleaning service come out . Even if there is an issue and said they usually just go in and sanitize with spray to rent it out. There is an issue with the heater or water of the rv and I’m sure has happened to others as the leak didn’t look new.
Not to happy for it being first time renting and having to deal with the issue and my boys leaving is behind.
I would review others prior to renting out again soon.
It was not what I expected it to be at all. The service either. They should really do though checks in the rigs run everything prior to renting to physically see for themselves and not just depend on renters to find the issues for them.
