The RV was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and easy to learn. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our week-long trip in it. Vicki and Doug are so friendly and encouraging. They were very accessible during the trip if we had any concerns or questions. They made us feel at ease as first timers and have thought of many small details in preparing the RV for use. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful trip.
