We were still having issues with the starter. Had it rebooked by outdoorsy.

Hello Cheuk - We were having issues with the starter which was brought to your attention the night prior. I had it rebooked by outdoorsy the following day and they were supposed to contact you to get you a new unit. I am sorry that outdoorsy didnt follow through. I did looked into it and they did confirmed that they did not follow through with finding you a new unit and that they failed to contact you [this was not an "us" situation] within the allotted time frame.
