Very good communication throughout even though we had an issue with the leveling jacks, but they did what they could to make things right which was much appreciated. RV was solid otherwise. Impressed by the bathroom size, water pressure, and hot water.

Had a great time renting this. Rick was super helpful when we picked it up. All my subsequent questions were answered quickly by them via the app. Super easy to work with. I would recommend and rent again. Thanks!

Awesome stay at Circuit of the Americas, great camper to use as a base for WEC Lone Star LeMans.

We rented the Thor Scope 18A. Both the pickup and drop-off (contactless) from the host (The Ride RV in Austin) was very smooth. Great communication and instructions. My wife and I and our dog went on a 6,000+ mile journey from Texas to the Grand Canyon; Santa Barbara; Bend, OR; Tacoma, WA; Coeur d'Alene, ID; White Fish, MT; Red Lodge, MT; Steamboat Springs, CO; Las Vegas, NM and back home to the Austin area. We found the van to be a little too small for the "3" of us. The bed in the back is too small for 2 people (and only supports 300 lbs?) so I had to sleep in the pop-up for the 30 day trip. Never again. At 73 yrs old, it was a little precarious going up and down the ladder each night/morning. That isn't the fault of either Outdoorsy or our host. It just wasn't the ideal floorplan for our needs. That said, practically everything else in the van worked flawlessly and our trip was really memorable. The only issue we had was with the BMPRO Touch Screen Control system. A couple of times it displayed what looked like a normal desktop computer screen (complete with a variety of app icons) and we had difficulty getting back to the BMPRO main screen. Once we did, all functions worked as expected (lights, awning, water pump, tank status, etc.). Thank you! We are already thinking about our next adventure!

I'm still quite frustrated with my experience so I'll keep this review factual to keep it as unbiased as possible.

Great experience from start to finish. The pre-rental walkthrough was extremely helpful and the company made themselves available if we needed anything. As newbies this was a great intro into RV’ing.

We had a great experience with the Ride RV! Justin was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We rented the RV from May 18th to June 9th and made wonderful memories with our family of 4! Everything worked great and we had no issues from booking to return! Thank you Justin and all the staff at the Ride RV!

Tl;dr - A/C will not work in Texas heat for an overnight, RIDE RV will just blame you even when you do it the right way, buy the walk through for $50 since there is zero documentation in the van or in the document they give you with the wrong contact info on it

Racheal and Roy were both a joy! The heat of Memorial Day weekend was no joke and the AC and generator kept up so we were comfortable! I took one of the bunks- hello memory foam bed. Other than a few hiccups (like our tow hitch being locked on and needing to be cut off - Roy to the rescue!) things went smoothly and we had a great holiday weekend. Communication was top notch and I really enjoyed chatting with them as well.
