Staff and service was excellent, unfortunately the motorhome was not, it was the noisiest vehicle I have driven, we couldn’t even talk to each other as everything inside shook going down the road, we bought extra towels to stop everything in the cupboards and cooker rattling but this was still not enough, and the shaking and rattling caused the hinges and latch screws to rattle out and the doors fall off, not very good when you feet are under the door when it falls off, the drop down bed also blew a fuse nearly every day when closing it, so had to go and buy extra fuses to be able to use this, also not very good when the motorhome is pretty much brand new, only 2000 miles on it when we collected it. The side door flexed so much you could see daylight through the edges as you went down the road. For something that cost £3000 to rent we were not impressed at all.

Great motorhome, nice people to rent from, left the car there while I took the motorhome, spacious for 2 kids and parents. No issues .

We are repeat customers and once again the service has been brilliant. The details given during the pick up were comprehensive but efficient and everything was great with the motor home. The security deposit was immediately released on arrival back and have no doubt we will book with them again.

All the staff at TREK were brilliant. Great communication and generally, just nice to deal with.
The motorhome was pretty much as expected. It was basic but in good condition and met all of our needs.
I would definitely recommend and would personally use TREK again but would probably choose a different model of van next time (something smaller and more agile).

Trouble free 2 weeks touring Scotland well equipped with everything you need, excellent value if you're prepared to go in February. Will definitely be back in the future.
