THE Delivery FEE Includes Delivery AND Pickup OF THE Unit. Our Outback 341RD is a Top of the Line Travel Trailers! From the rear of the Travel Trailer starting with a 50inch screen TV to the front of the Travel Trailer with the slide out King size bed Bedroom!Starting in the rear, there's lots of windows and two slide outs that open the living area into a big seating space, seating up to 6 people, including two recliners. Watch your favorite show on the 50inch TV. The two couches are fold out beds across from each other, sleeping one comfortably but could accommodate 2 persons on each fold out couch. The living room has an Electric Fireplace that changes color and blows heat at various temperatures, to keep you warm and cozy on those chilly fall nights.The kitchen is in the middle of the unit has a Pantry, Skylight, 3 burner gas Stove and Oven with Exhaust fan. Counter room with a residential size sink and faucet. Plenty of stocked dishes and pans to cook. Microwave oven and a Dining Table with a bench! The kitchen also has the 1st of the 2 Air Conditioning Units.Next is the bathroom with a stand up shower and a glass surround. Nice power hosed sprayer for a comfortable shower. Sink and Toilet with exhaust fan. Laundry cabinet stocked with 10 towels and wash cloths.Lastly a Bedroom with a King Size Bed! Along with a slide out this bedroom is good size! Has a two big closets. A chest of built in drawers. A dog crate built in under the bed. There isn't a TV in the bedroom. The Bedroom has the 2nd air-conditioning unit with its own thermostatAll windows throughout have black out blades that pull down.What's included Fresh Linens, Cookware, Utensils. My wife and I go camping when we can but recently we opened our own business, so our time camping is limited now. We decided to rent our awesome camper so we can let other people enjoy it.
