5The best parts were truly Kayla and Luke. This was my first time using Outdoorsy or any App of this sort and I made many mistakes. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating of requests. Their communication was quick and always polite and helpful. I really can’t say enough about how lovely they were, when they didn’t even have to be. The RV is spacious and clean. It took great care of us and had everything that we needed.
