Pre and post trip communications with the owner were fantastic. The camper itself is not really made for winter use. We had water lines freeze and an issue where the thermostat was inoperative to where we had to use the stove burners for heat. Owner immediately apologized and indicted that it would be fixed before any future use. The camper itself was VERY clean and easy to tow and would be great for a couple to use during better weather. Rating would have easily been five stars had it not been for the issue with the thermostat.
