Frequently asked questions

Q.

How is the security deposit paid?

A.

The security deposit (full amount) is placed on hold from your credit card on file 72 hours prior to departure.

Q.

How do I get my security deposit back?

A.

Return the RV in the same clean condition in which you picked it up. This includes interior cleaning, any mud/bugs cleaned off of exterior, and black/grey tanks drained.

Q.

What is the time frame on payments for reserving an RV?

A.

50% down is required at the time of booking the reservation. This will block off your dates from the availability calendar. If the reservation is less than 30 days out, the full price will be charged at the time of booking.

Q.

Is a brake controller required?

A.

Yes, we require all tow vehicles be equipped with a brake controller. Your vehicle must also have a 7-pin round electrical connector to properly operate the trailer lights/brakes.

Meet your host, NanaBear's Adventures

Member since 2020

Hi! We're Ant & Kat. We used to raise bees. Since we couldn't keep the bees at our house (HOA regulations), we moved them out to the country. We purchased our first RV (Bee Central) as a place to stay while we were caring for them. We loved it so much, we began taking it everywhere. Camping, the family reunion, to the lake, you name it. Everywhere we went, people would tell us, "Wow, that's a cute little camper." Sometimes they would add, "I just can't justify purchasing an RV that I'd only use once a year. Hey, do you think we could borrow yours sometimes?" So, we started renting it. First to family and friends, then to other people. It was fun helping people explore the wonderful world of RV'ing. And so we decided to try to buy more RV's to lend out to even more people. And thus, NanaBear's Adventures, LLC was born.
