Brian was great! He responded quickly to our questions before and during the trip. Easy to talk to, professional, honest.
The RV was fully ready and clean for us when we arrived. He was great at explaining everything we needed to know from using the stove to emptying gray water and more! And he provided us with a detailed booklet on everything too.

Loved the RV, it was comfortable, so well appointed, easy to drive, and easy to use. Brian was great! He couldn't have been more helpful or more responsive. The whole experience was easy and the travels were amazing. We're already planning our nexy trip back. There's so much to see and Penny is the perfect rig to do the exploring in!
