- No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the trailer, your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
- You are responsible for any tickets and/or tolls. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and the security deposit has been released.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for a professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
- Stabilizer jacks must NOT be used for jacking up the trailer to level. They are only meant to be used for light pressure to stabilize the trailer.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will NOT be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle.
- Awning damage caused by misuse of the awning is the sole responsibility of the renter. This INCLUDES damage caused by wind, and also burns from campfires. If you are leaving the trailer for an excursion or having a campfire ensure you return the awning to the storage mode.
- Returns are due from 8am until noon, please be prompt so we have enough time for turn around, the next renter shouldn't have their trip delayed. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm. Delivery is from noon until 3pm. the renter MUST be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. RV slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to the owner at least two days before delivery is due.

That was the second time I rented this trailer. It is always clean, everything is new, there are supplies that you always need at the last time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the time in this trailer.

I highly recommend Todd Tolton's RV. Todd's RV was immaculate and had every amenity which significantly reduced what I needed to pack for our trip. These amenities included, toilet paper, dishes, condiments, cutlery, tea towels, dish rags, a keurig and all of the bedding (even extra blankets.) Todd was professional and happy to answer all of our questions. I will definitely rent Todd's RV again if it is available.

Such an amazing experience! The communication was awesome and process was seamless. We opted to have the trailer delivered as we were camping close by. Everything was ready to go by the time I got there. We did a quick tour and explanation of the switches etc and then it was our family trailer for the weekend. This trailer has it all and the little extras the owner leaves for you makes the experience that much better. I highly recommend!

The trailer was way better than I thought. And my expectations were high. Everything is new, working perfectly (in previous experiences with other trailers, there was always something you could not touch because it was not working), but this one, everything was working, clean, new, the owner had so many things that make the experience be better, flashlights, sugar, pepper..... things I wasn't even expecting and were there. And good quality products. I am very happy with the whole experience. Next time, I will try to book with him again. Just perfect.

Q.How does the delivery work?

We take care of all the hard work so you don't have to. Once you have booked your site, just forward us the details on your booking so we can have the trailer delivered to the site. We set up and do all the hookups. All you need to do is enjoy.
Q.What happens if I can't empty the sewage tanks?
A.
You've booked the trailer, but the campground you are going to doesn't have sewage dump stations. Easy, just select the sewage dump add-on and we will take care of that for you once your booking is finished.
Q.Will I be charged to clean the trailer after my rental?
A.
Included in your rental is a small fee to prep the trailer for your trip, this includes minor cleaning, as well as other tasks such as checking inventory, checking systems and a general checking over. We keep this fee low so you don't get charged for unnecessary cleaning fees. Return the trailer clean, and in the same condition as you received it and there won't be any extra charges!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Returns are due from 8am until noon. Delivery is from 3pm until 5pm. The renter must be present at time of delivery. Some special circumstances may allow for alternate times, but this is not guaranteed.
