The RV itself was fine. Yes the left brake till light was out. I did let them know before I ever took the RV. I never met with Frankie. I never even spoke to Frankie. I spoke to his wife on the phone a number of times. I never met anyone in person. I explained that I have never driven an RV before and that I wanted someone to meet me to go over how everything works with the RV. I was told Frank was on the north slope, his wife explained she was a nurse and could not meet me in person. She was supposed to send me a video. That never happened. She said that when I pick the RV up she would be available to talk to me for about 10 to 15 minutes even though she was at work. I did text her a number of questions. It took a few hours for her to respond to my text messages. By then we were on the road. There were a number of things that I did not know how to Work. I did contact her to ask about the generator. She did send me a text message and told me to hold a button down for about 30 seconds and it will start. She did not give me all of the information that I needed in order to start the generator. Once I was able to figure out the generator, it would not work the microwave at all. I contacted her to ask how to operate the pop out. I called her on the phone to get some information. Frankie's wife explained that she had a very hard day at work. She is a nurse and explained that she lost one of her patients that day. I told her I was sorry about her having a bad day and me interrupting her evening. But if we had gone through the walk-through or if she had sent me the video then I would not have to disturb her by asking a question. She became rather curt with me and told me to stop Obsessing on the RV and how it works. The first place we parked at, the ground was not level. I asked if there were chucks for the tires so we could level out the RV. I was informed there were no checks to level out the RV. I asked if there were any tools specifically a pair of pliers. We needed to unhook the hose and we could not do it without a pair of pliers. I was informed there are absolutely no tools with the RV. I had to borrow a pair of pliers on more than one occasion in order to unhook the water hose from the RV.
The RV itself is fine. But I would not rent the same RV from Frankie again because of the complete lack of showing me how the RV worked they did not take me around the block and practice driving for a little bit. Even though outdoorsy.com specifically states That the renter needs to go through a checklist with me and drive around the block once or twice so I can get the feel of the RV before I take it on the road. Instead Frankie's wife filled out the forms as if she had gone over every detail with the RV with me. That never happened.

Frankie and/or his rental assistant were very prompt at answering my questions about the Outdoorsy process and the motorhome. Motorhome handled and performed as expected. It worked fine for the three of us without needing to slide out the living/dining area. Was well equipped with kitchen utensils, linen, and misc. indoor and outside games.

Frankie was great! We had to go to a funeral. The post says easy driving, it was not. But we had a very learning experience. Thank you again Frankie!

The RV was great. Lots of space, easy to drive, just right for my large family. Frankie was quick to respond when I had questions and was easy to work with. I would rent with him again.
