1.0We received a brief orientation that was not adequate to help us manage the 2 RVs that we rented. We were told we probably would not even need to empty the grey or black water while we were gone which set an unrealistic expectation. One RV had a third pull to empty the black water that we were not informed of. One of the RVs smelled strongly of sewage for 90% of the trip despite frequent emptying. The valve to go from dry camping to city would not turn and so we had to ration water even though we were at a site with water. We had a leak in the shower and the back half of our RV was sopping wet. There were minor issues like a tail light out, the DVD player didn't work, the blue tooth did not work, the back up camera was hard to see, and broken drawers and shelves that would not have greatly impacted our trip. The reservation agent and the repairman were friendly and helpful and he drove out to help us with repairs but the issues were big enough to detract from our vacation.
