We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. 5.0I have been renting RVs from these guys for years and they are always a pleasure to work with! Newer very clean RVs that are always fueled up and ready to take you on an adventure! They offer many services from answering questions on local hot spots to providing camping accessories such as chairs, firewood ect!! 10/10 recommend

3.0Our RV was fabulous and reliable. We had literally zero issues! When we went to pick the RV up we had an issue where the verified driver had suddenly become 'unverified on the hosts end, but not our end nor outdoorsy customer supports end. It was pretty frustrating and delayed us by an hour. Im still not sure who's end the glitch was on, but we were the only party effected.
