2021 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite
Great travel trailer, less than a year old in exceptional condition.-Sleeps up to 10, queen bed in master, 2 twin bunks, one queen foldout bed in bunkroom, table lets down into another full-size bed, and couch pull out into smaller bed for 2 children. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), beautiful electric fireplace (no fuel cost if you need heat), outdoor mini kitchen with propane griddle cooktop and fridge, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, plus many add-ons. Basic cooking utensils a cookware provided along with linens and selection of towels for 4.What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of at least 7500 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup. Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are manual, but I will include a drill and the appropriate sockets to make setup a breeze.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.-Set up and delivery available for fee, $150 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Many of these items can be included if you just ask, anything I can do to make the rental as convenient as possible. Due to numerous damage claims we are now providing canopies instead of use of the awning. Please let us know if you will be needing more than 1, we are happy to accommodate any need, it is just more sensible than replacing a 2k awning week after week. What's includedWe provide as much as possible to make your trip as easy and as comfortable as possible. All the necessities for setting up the camper plus linnens, towels, cooking supplies, coffee maker, outdoor rug and a few chairs. RecommendationsSo many campgrounds in the upstate the possibilities are limitless.

Hey there! We purchased this TT after spending many years sharing one with family. We went about a year without and knew we couldn't live without one, it is a family thing that brings us so much closer together and we would love to share the experience with your family as well. Who knows, maybe one day you will have the urge to own one for your family as well!
