Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We do not allow renters to hitch up to our camper and tow it. The camper is too big and heavy. Even experienced towers are not experienced with this particular heavy load. Also, the torque converter and sway bar hitch is set up to our tow vehicle and we prefer not to change it from tow to tow.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Only open one water drain valve at a time. Do not put water in the black water clean out connection without having the drain open. To run off of 30A service, keep the back A/C on a low setting and use LP on the refrigerator. The hot water gets scalding hot! Please use caution inside the camper, as no camper is built with heavy duty materials.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will set up/tear down the camper at your site. We will go over draining the water tanks and how to not throw a breaker. We provide an manual with pictures to revert back to during your trip.
