1The trailer refrigerator was not working at all once we arrived at location. I worked with Outdoorsy for hours but couldn't get it running. The trailer had old batteries (per outdoorsy should have been replaced) that would only charge 1/2 way and then would die within minutes of light use. We worked with outdoorsy for hours but nothing helped. The unit had with a constant beeping noise that wouldn't go away no matter how hard we tried. We tried working closely with the owners but there was no help to be offered to fix anything while on the trip. No compensation was offered and then we got into a heated argument with the owner when he came to pick up the unit. I would highly caution future renters for this particular unit and also for the renters. We are proceeding with a charge back on the credit cardit and also a dispute with Outdoorsy.
