5.0Rented Jeremy's trailer for a festival weekend over Labor Day. A couple of things came up on both sides over the course of the trip — ours included — and every one of them got worked out directly and fairly. He answered messages, took the time to go back through things instead of assuming, and was reasonable when it came time to settle up. One tip for anyone newer to Outdoorsy, and this is about the site more than any host: amenities and add-ons are two different sections of a listing, and it's easy to see something in one and assume it works like the other. If a specific item matters for your trip — generator, awning, hitch — message the host and get it confirmed in writing before you go. Saves everybody a conversation later. Would rent from him again
