• To ensure all renters can enjoy the rig and to protect our asset, we ask you to adhere to the following rules:
Timing & Review
Pick-up: Plan for 30–60 minutes to review the rig's operation and cover questions.
Drop-off: Plan for at least 30 minutes for the final rig review before you leave.
Health & Safety
No Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the rig or right next to open doors/windows.
Odors: If the rig returns smelling of smoke, animals, or other strong odors, the security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
Pets & Cleaning
Pets: Pets are welcome only in the ARB tent room.
Pet Hair: Finding pet hair inside the rig (beyond what might transfer from clothing) will result in an additional cleaning fee due to the time required for removal.
Clean Condition Fee: To avoid a $150 messy fee, please return the rig in a clean state:
Garbage removed.
Sand/dirt/pet hair removed as much as possible.
Dishes washed and put away.
Water tank emptied (if applicable).
Awning and tent room clean.
Damage & Responsibility
Damage/Missing Items: Damage to items, including the ARB awning and tent room, or missing items will be charged against the security deposit for replacement cost plus time to acquire them.
Tolls/Tickets: Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, etc., even after the security deposit has been released (as per the rental contract).
Driving & Insurance
Speed: Please travel within the speed limit and according to road and traffic conditions.
Off-Roading: Your Outdoorsy insurance DOES NOT cover off-roading. Please stick to appropriate roads.
Unhooking Rig: If you unhook the rig at your campsite, you are required to use the ball lock and hitch (final word cut for character count).
