Jim was Very thorough with check in and overview of the camper. Even though the camper is small it has everything one needs for the 3 day trip we did. Was a very easy tow with our Ford Maverick AWD with the 4k tow package. We were offered bedding with a mattress pad and we declined. I would suggest the mattress pad as the sleeping surface is very firm.

The Wolf Pup Trailer was our first experience with RV/camping and it was wonderful! David was available and responded to all of our questions in rapid timing. It had almost all the amenities we hoped it would in a "glamping" manner that one would desire. We weren't planning on towing it, but then we did and it was so easy and manageable. Best to find out about water hook ups and electricity hook ups in advance as it made the experience much easier and quieter. Black water hook ups would have been nice, but the location we needed to be at did not have them and it was still fine! Overall great time and memorable time thanks to the Branch's.

We highly recommend Vin and Sandy, and of course CINAMIN. Awesome communication and very helpful. It was our first time renting an RV and using Outdoorsy, and it couldn’t have gone more smooth. We took it to Zion and the Grand Canyon. Two suggestions - There are several gas stations selling diesel close to the pick up/drop off so filling the tank before dropping it off isn’t a worry. Also, we stayed at Black Canyon RV Park our last night because it’s 45 minutes away from drop off. It’s nice and has all of the amenities you’ll need before dropping off the RV. Cheers.
