Inside the RV is queen bed with 2 in mattress topper. All beds have sheets, pillows and comforters. Towels and washcloths are included. The following are also included: 19 in TV with DVD player, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with some coffee, hot chocolate and tea pods), regular coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 qt crock pot, elec can opener, blender,toaster, pots and pans, mitts, silverware, knives and assortment of utensils Some kids games.
A complete list of all items will be sent before rental.
Outside items include the speakers, awning, four camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, 10x10 popup shelter,extension cords, hoses, kids balls such as football, soccer, wiffle ball and more.
An outside oven with burners and a grill also come with it if you need it.
Special RV toilet paper is provided and ask that it is the only paper used.
I will provide a walkthrough and show you how everything works and hooking it up.
Delivery is available for 85.00 in the north Texas area if I can. I do have larger trailers that are delivery only and take priority.)
I do NOT charge extra fees such as Cleaning, Prep and emptying tanks. Pet Friendly. Drop off and Pickup times are flexible.

1.0I normally do not write reviews unless they are good, but this one I feel the need to. I reserved the camper for 3 days, starting at 11 am on April 23. A month before our date, I sent a request through Outdoorsy to the owner asking if I could have it delivered between 8-9:30, since the gates close at 10. My fault for not saying AM, but since my reservations were supposed to start at 11, I assumed that meant I would like it earlier, AND I did state I was willing to pay extra. Needless to say, our time came and went that morning, and I messaged the owner numerous times, but received no response. He finally called and apologized because he thought I meant at night. My issue was that he could have clarified that when I sent the request, and even offered to pay extra for that. We finally received the camper at 3 in the afternoon, which was way past our original booking time frame, and it could not be delivered because the gates were closed. My husband eventually brought it in, and when he did, the battery level was low. This was an issue because we had no electricity or water at our location. Thankfully, we brought a booster pack with us for the trip. As we set up the camper, the glide would not roll out. Finally, after a phone call with no help, my husband, who is a mechanic, was able to get it roll it out, AFTER we charged the battery. We then tried to get the awning out, and it would never retract, so we were unable to use it. This was an issue because we were in a parking lot with no shade. I have contacted the owner for some sort of a refund, but again, there has been no communication from his side. extremely disappointed in this rental and will never rent again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Times are flexible so don't go by the settings on the web site. This site automatically has default times but i can be very flexible. I usually like to do pickups in the morning as I may be delivering RVs in the afternoon. However we can work around times if needed.

What do I need to tow
A.
If needed I can supply the hitch with the 2 5/16 ball as well as the equalizer bars and brake controller.

What about the black and grey tanks.
A.
When you return I can empty the grey and black tanks at no extra charge.
