2020 Passport BunkHouse with 1 and Half Baths

Deliver and Pick-Up only at this time for my trailer. Includes setup and break down. Due to recent events of renters pulling and small accidents I feel better if I do the pulling on this travel trailer. I am charging $75.00. I have NO other Add On Fees. I think this is very fair to the renter and in some cases will lose money but I feel better to do it myself and know that it is set up correctly. I know many people have camped and pulled a longer Trailer before and had no problems, but I've had some that haven't so hope you understand my decision at this time. I have no other add on fees like some rentals on here and $75.00 as you truck drivers know will probably not even cover gas for two round trips but I have less worry. I have delivered most of the time from this site. I go north to Lake Texhoma and down to Lake Whitney in south. I try to stay in the north Texas area, no longer than two hours drive but please ask for a longer location. So you can just show up and have fun.

Sturdy StepAbove steps lead into main living area. Notice the large slide out for the sofa and large U-shaped dinette. Both can convert into a queen size bed that can sleep two each. The entertainment system features a 32 in TV with a Blu Ray DVD attached. The radio/stereo system has both inside and outside speakers and can play CD’s,USB, and Bluetooth capable. The kitchen area has plenty of storage and a deep seated stainless steel sink with pull down faucet. It has a 3 burner stove along with an oven, microwave and nice size refrigerator with small freezer. I also supply different items such as crock pots, blender, toaster,waffle maker, can opener, pots and pans, cups, plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Plastic and paper items are also available if needed to avoid washing items. If your a coffee drinker I have a Kuerig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee pods and a regular brew coffee pot with a few packages of different coffee. Pods of tea and hot chocolate for the kids are included.
The bunkroom has additional slide out and 2nd air-conditioning unit. It has a 24 in TV with a DVD player and USB charging stations. Their is a large amount of storage. The other twin top bunk folds up if you want to use the bottom bunk as couch. Twin mattress and two futons can be moved and used for sleeping. Sheet, pillows and comforters for the beds are provided. The half-bath is next to the bunkhouse and includes the second entry/ exit door to the trailer. Up front is the main bathroom with a nice size shower and skylight for more headroom. I do have towels and washcloths to use. It can be accessed by the hallway and a sliding door in bedroom.
The main bedroom is accessed through a hallway door for privacy. It has a Queen bed with 6in memory foam mattress Linens, pillows and comforter provided. Enjoy your meals under the lighted awning or 10x10 canopy provided. I provide a Weber grill with one bottle of propane. I have six adult mesh chairs and two kids chairs. Outside kitchen has two burners, sink and small fridge. ***This trailer has two air conditioning units and is 50 amp. If your campground only has 30 amp or you just want a 30 amp space that is no problem. It will run everything on trailer except the second AC.***The RV is 37 ft. so when booking spot or parking make sure your spot can handle that length.
Pick Up and Return times are pretty flexible.
