Very clean 2016 BlackRock 22BHS (Interior appr 24', overall exterior length 28'). Perfect for a family with a couple kids. Queen bed at front converts to a couch for daytime use, twin size bunks at rear, good size bathroom with tub, nice U-shape dinette that converts to sleeping space on electric slide (slide only goes out appr 18"- great for smaller camp sites), and electric awning. Larger sized holding tanks compared to similar models. Also, both heat and refrigerator are dual fuel so you are not wasting propane while hooked to electricity. Great 1/2 ton towable trailer but not towable for SUV's smaller than a Tahoe/Yukon/Expedition size.
