Thanks to the Queen mattress located in the front private bedroom you will sleep soundly. Just watch your head when you get out of bed, because it is a residential mattress, not the run of the mill trailer mattress. this trailer is easy to use for those new to RV'ing. The trailer is propane heated to warm you up quickly when you come in out of the weather. You will also find a set of double-size bunks, and the convertible U-shaped dinette/sleeper and sleeper sofa that are located in the large and spacious slide-out, can both be converted into extra sleeping spaces too. You can conveniently enter right into the rear corner bathroom from the outside by using the second exterior entry door, and if you don't feel like creating a whole meal with the three-burner range, then you can easily pop leftovers inside the stainless-steel microwave for a quick meal (hook-up to A/C electrical required for use of the microwave)!What's includedFresh linens on the master bed, pots and pans, dishes/silverware (service for 8), coffee pot, towels, toaster, hair dryer, 4 rolls RV toilet paper, paper towels, 2 packets of toilet deodorant, basic spices (pepper, salt, garlic powder). After decades of tent-camping and trailering across the Pacific Northwest, in the spring of 2021 our family decided to purchase our second camping trailer to add to our fifth wheel! We spent over 5 weeks in the fifth wheel during the COVID state shut down at some property we have in Eastern Washington. Based on my vast experience camping in trailers, we've outfitted our rental with the gear you need. Wishing you a fun and memorable camping adventure!

If I suspect that the renters smoked or vaped in the vehicle, I will deduct $100 from the security deposit, because it takes so long to remove the odors.
