5.0We had a great experience working with Jason. We had some unusual logistics and he worked with us to make pick up and return easy. The van was everything we expected. The layout and storage were perfect. If we’re in the area again we would definitely rent from Jason again.

5.0White Chocolate is such a nice camper van with everything we needed to feel comfortable, safe, warm, & a happy medium between tent camping & hotel stay. When you want to be close to nature but have a fridge, stove, microwave, heater, comfy bed & be able to stand up straight to get dressed haha For two gals, it was nice to have the option of the portable potty for night time use. White chocolate ran great! It took me a little bit to get used to the dynamics & size & just the nature of the rattling of everything inside, but once I got the hang of everything I was totally comfortable driving her all through the mountains & maneuvering between the trees of our campsite. Gas mileage is awesome! Only had to top off 3 times for an entire 5 day trip to Yosemite & back. Jason & his Mom are so nice! Incredibly accommodating, with exceptional communication. Couldn’t ask for better people to work with. I will definitely be renting White Chocolate for my next adventure, hopefully sooner than later!

5.0Our trip worked out very well and Jason was responsive to any questions. He gave us a good overview of all the systems in the RV at the beginning of our trip. The RV had a good supply of things like paper plates and bowls, regular plates and bowls, napkins, bug spray, lotion etc. The passenger seat sat high so my feet were a couple inches above the floor. A small sturdy box placed upside down took care of that problem. It was a comfortable bed, comfortable ride and good storage. Would rent again.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Fresh and grey water convenience... Easily empty and/or refill 5 gallon containers to keep it fresh. No hook-ups necessary, as the power is 100% solar powered. We have a clean and easy-to-use portable toilet but of course recommended using camping facilities (restroom/shower) when available. The provided porta-potty is subject to a $150 cleaning fee if not cleaned by renter. A/C plugs are available throughout the van. The heater runs very well and also battery powered.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup for free in either Arroyo Grande or Atascadero. Otherwise a delivery charge of $100 within 50 miles of Arroyo Grande with $1.00 per mile thereafter.

How do you charge for pets?
A.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our renters, including those with allergies, we have established the following pet policy: Dogs are welcome on a pre-approved basis, with a $100 charge per pup. ALL dogs must weigh under 25 lbs, and be hypoallergenic. You’re responsible for maintaining pet cleanliness and covering any damage. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if there is pet hair, stains, or odors upon the van's return.
