Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We offer some flexibility for picking up and returning the RV. Generally, between the hours of 9am and 7pm. We ask that pick up and return are done during daylight hours only.

Q.

How do I adjust the side mirrors?

A.

The side mirrors need to be adjusted manually. It is easiest if you have someone to assist. We will be happy to assist you when you pickup the RV.

Q.

Do I turn off the electrical power when I return the RV?

A.

No. We ask that you leave the electrical on all the time as it powers the refrigerator. We have solar power on the RV so we have never had the batteries die. It takes a long time for the refrigerator to get cold especially in the summer time, so we never turn it off.
