Hi there! Thank you for your interest! This RV sleeps up to 11 (adults & children per the manufacturer). This model is exactly what we wanted when it comes to traveling with extended families/friends and also even more comfortable when traveling with a smaller group. There are 2 large wall slides, a set of bunk beds, and plenty of space to entertain a few guests are just a few of the features we have been enjoying about this motorhome. There are 8 seatbelts total to keep passengers safe while traveling. Our baby boy and his cousins love the bunks and the bunk over the cab for sleeping! It's super clean everywhere. I am an RV "police" so I keep my RV in great condition inside out. We stock everything you need to hit the road, except your own foods. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 2 hours, Great Sand Dune is within 4 hours, Mesa Verde National Park is within 7 hours, and Arches National Park is within 6 hours are just a few close places to drive to while enjoying the scenic roads on the way. Our favorite road trip was a few years ago, during fall foliage season (end of September to first couple weeks of October), when we went down to Sand Dune, Durango, Ouray, and looped back through Telluride, Gunnison, Crested Butted, and Aspen. This is a new listing, but at this point I am no longer new to renting out RV as I have rented out my other RV named "Bunkhouse" for 10 with Rocky Mountain backyard 1. Please feel free check to out my other listing as well. We have earned 5-star reviews from it and ready to earn yours with this RV! Let me know if you have any questions! What's includedFresh Linens, camping chairs, cook utensils and dishes, toilet papers, blankets, pillows, usb cables for cell phone charging, TV's and some DVD movies, and more.RecommendationsWe took a road trip from FL to CO. It was fun. There are so many campgrounds in CO and nearby landscapes.

Lastly, have fun exploring the area! Enjoy yourselves!Oh one last thing, I don't have any reviews here on this new listing, but please read my reviews from my other listing. I'm ready to earn your 5-star review on this listing!

Thanh was incredibly easy to work with and we had no issues with the RV on our trip! We slept 3 adult men comfortably for a fly fishing trip throughout Colorado and would definitely recommend this setup.

Thanh was absolutely amazing to work with! He was incredibly patient and kind, answering all my questions thoroughly and clearly explaining everything I needed to know. When I needed to extend my trip last minute, he didn’t hesitate for a second. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re thinking of renting, go with Thanh — he’s truly the best!
