In addition to signing the Outdoorsey agreement, I have an additional set of waivers to cover things Outdoorsey does not (return policy, abandonment, cleaning fees, stuff like)
Definitely no smoking
Trips must be limited to 500 miles radius from Austin, TX. Longer distance trips will be considered but will require a special request and conversation with the owner.
Tow vehicle must have a 2” ball, 7 pin power adapter AND a brake controller. Please make sure you have a brake controller installed and working. I have a Bluetooth one that can be used for short trips but it doesn’t seem to work with all vehicles.

4Gregg was very responsive and answered my questions immediately. He was understandable when we experienced truck issues and arrived late. The Casita was as described...it was comfortable and easy to use. My husband is tall and he did have to duck as it was a bit small in some areas (doorways, bathroom). But still was good and fun to use.

5We loved Gregg’s Casita EmmyLou. It was perfect for our trip to Utopia to see the Annular Eclipse. We had never pulled a trailer before and Gregg was very helpful in explaining what we needed for our truck ahead of time. We hope to rent it again soon for another adventure. Jana & Tim

5First time renting a pull behind trailer. AC was super cold with our Honda 3000 watt generator and Gregg was great and very communicative and has excellent YouTube videos. We will definitely rent again.
