Nice & Clean 36 foot long travel trailer, sleeps 10 people: Queen bedroom (sleeps up to 2), dining (converts to full bed - sleeps up to 2), couch (converts to full bed - sleeps up to 2) bonus bunk house/separate room (sleeps up to 6/comfortably sleeps 4). Kitchen includes fridge, gas cook top, oven, microwave and pantry. Small coffee maker and basic kitchen accessories included. TV in family room. Decorated nicely with camping/travel theme! No Smoking or Beach Trips (due to sand and electric slides).

We bought our RV because we have a large family. We have three adult college-age adult kids, and four girls (sisters, currently ages 9-14) we adopted from foster care five years ago. We love camping and exploring with kids, and our floorplan is ideal for our family setup.
