The owner, Lakhwinder, added unexpected charges after the rental, including an additional $150 cleaning fee on top of the already required $100 prep fee, claiming there was excessive sand—which was not accurate. Additionally, a $50 gas fee was added despite having photo evidence showing the gas level was the same as when we received it. I strongly recommend documenting everything and clarifying all fees in advance before booking.
