This is our 21ft Jayco that we have made a ton of fun memories in. We love this camper because even with the table up you can fit a family of 4 in it (two kids in the bunks, two adults on the bed). We have upgraded the bed in the front so it's not just a normal camper mattress.This camper is easy to pull and small but still comes with all of the features that make tailer camping nice (shower, bathroom, ac)What's included• The camper comes with towels, sheets for all of the beds, toilet paper and a kitchen setup. I also have a WDH for the camper that is included at no extra charge (2 inch) RecommendationsOne of our favorite places to go is east harbor. We are also very close to Mohican state park and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We have a ton of family in Maryland so we also tend to go out that way and have stayed at Codorus State Park in PA a couple of times. Other things to notePlease no smoking inside the camper.Kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper has a 30 amp plug. I also will provide a 50amp to 30amp converter and a surge protector.
With the rental is also include a dump hookup (please drain black water first, then gray water).
I also include a white water hose and blowout preventor. The camper can use both city water (full hookup style) or you can fill up the 20 gallon fresh water tank).
Q.Do you have any towing notes
A.
I personally tow with a 2016 F-150 Crew Cab. Fully loaded the tongue weight of the tailer should be between 330 and 440 pounds. I personally use a WDH (weight distribution hitch) when pulling the trailer (included in rental) as with it being a single axle camper it will help make for a lot smoother pull. I also have a tire pressure monitoring system that has a receiver that sits on the dash (included in rental) to keep track of the tires.
