This was my first camper rental experience, and Tony made it a memorable one. He took the time to go over every aspect of the camper, showing me both how to use it, and any quirks that may have made it challenging in the field.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host
Q.Can someone else pick up the RV rental for me?
A.
No. Only you and people named on your Rental Agreement can pick up a camper. The person who picks up the camper also needs a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for the tow vehicle.
Q.What happens if something gets broken on the camper during my rental?
A.
We understand that things happen when camping. If we need to replace something damaged, we only charge you what we paid for the part and repairs (there is no markup). Our goal is simply to keep our teardrop campers in the like-new condition they are in and keep them available for guests.
Q.We don’t have a vehicle that can tow a camper, but really LOVE your teardrop! Can you drop off and pick up a teardrop at my campsite?
A.
Yes! We are happy to drop off and pick up campers by special arrangement. There is a small fee for doing this service depending on how far your campsite is from Phoenix, Arizona.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If you need to pick up the camper before 3pm or drop off the camper after 11 am the host can accommodate your request based on availability.
