This camper will sleep 5 kids/teens in the bunkhouse, 2 adults in the main bedroom + 2-4 on the sleeper couch and convertible dining area and you could sleep 11 people! 3 slideouts gives you a ton of room! Extra insulation and 2 AC units will keep everyone cool during the summer as well. It has an electric fireplace which provides plenty of heat in mild weather too. 55 inch Roku TV in the Living Room, TV's in the bunk room, the master and the outdoor kitchen.

Fridge/freezer has plenty of space for all your food, and the outdoor camp kitchen makes for easy outdoor food prep. (Mini fridge, sink and griddle)

Linens not included- but available for an additional fee. You will need 2 queens, 3 twin sets for the bunks, and 2 full sets for the dinette and the couch conversion.

There is a full kitchen set, with settings for 11. Cups and some coffee mugs, and there's also disposable plates/cups in the cabinets. Mixing bowls, cutting board/strainer, pasta pot, skillets, cookie sheet, foil and plastic bags , Mini Keurig, and toaster are all ready for you to use.

This rig requires 50A power, but has a 30A adapter. If using 30A power you can Only run one AC and YOU Cannot USE THE Microwave. The water heater, stove and furnace run on propane.

Camper needs to be returned in same condition. Holding tanks must be emptied, and propane tanks returned full. Cleaning fees will be deducted from deposit.
