Smart TV, outdoor speakers, outdoor shower. Includes small pan set, toaster, cook ware for 6, and coffee maker. Hi, as someone who loves the outdoor, I just want to share my experience using our RV. Being able to use our RV to spend a night in the Hill Country, and getting away from the busyness of the city does something to your soul . As a father of four girls, and college professor, taking our RV into the Hill Country is a great way to just find some rest and reset. That is who we are, and we wish to share our experience with anyone else longing for a weekend to reset in the Hill Country under the beautiful night sky, and rolling hill tops.

No. You will need to supply your own bedding and towels. We recommend 1 Queen bed, and 2 full size sheets for the sofa bed, and dinette.
