2From start to finish a disappointing experience. The camper showed up late and dirty to the campsite. There was dirty bedding in the closet and along side the bed. The kitchen was not wiped down at all. When I asked about the water tank readings that showed 1/3 tank of fresh water and one full gray tank I was assured it was a sensor problem that had come along for the ride. …..on day two when we ran out of water it was clear that the readings were correct. John did send someone out to put water in the tank. All in all it convinced us that we will not be doing that again. Shame

5Everything was perfect. The trailer was set up when we got there and everything was explained about how the trailer worked with just a phone call. The ease of reserving a camper was great. I recommend Black Dog to everybody I talk to about camper rentals.
