Very mint condition with upgraded JBL built in speakers. Both fridge, furnace and A/C run on propane and electric. Everything works great. Gray and Black water tanks must be returned completely empty. I can not deliver so pick up will have to be a must. I expect the driver to have experience towing a trailer. Removal of garbage and personal Items before returning the trailer but I do not expect a deep clean.

Fresh linen, camping games, TV/DVD (over 20 dvd’s included) toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Cutlery, plates and some cooking utensils. There is also a spare 4 person tent in the storage compartment with 3 foldable lawn chairs.Other things to note

I originally bought this trailer to keep at a site in wasaga but the fees went up and I chose to not go back. I eventually realized it made more sense to rent my trailer out to help with the payments and maintenance on it. It is in very good condition and I am very passionate about making sure everything is what I promise.
