As first-time RV campers, we were pretty nervous about towing and using a travel trailer, but Michael made the entire experience easy and stress-free. During pickup, he spent nearly an hour walking us through every aspect of the trailer, explaining the ins and outs in detail and making sure we felt comfortable before leaving. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions or emergencies during our trip. The trailer itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We towed it about four hours to Door County with our Ford F-150 Tremor without any issues. We stayed at a full hook-up campsite (water and electric), and setup was surprisingly easy thanks to Michael's orientation. If you're new to towing, I'd recommend watching a few YouTube videos beforehand to familiarize yourself with the basics. Combined with Michael's walkthrough, you'll feel well prepared. The trailer accommodated four adults for our trip, though it was a quite a tight fit with dogs included—which was exactly what we expected. It’s probably better suited for two parents and two children. Overall, Michael was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone considering their first (or next) camping adventure.
