Are you ready to camp and play! Our camper comes with everything you need to enjoy some much needed time away! RV King in master, two wardrobes and storage above and below the bed. TV in master with access to bathroom. Two mattress toppers on bed as well!
Plenty of room in the standup shower with a sky light. Kitchen opens up with an island and sink. Sink can be covered for extra prep space. Tons of storage in the kitchen/living area. Comes complete with a pantry loaded with all of the items you will need plus a Keurig! 3 super soft recliners that lay back for extra sleeping space. An L loft with a privacy curtain. Garage has two couches that convert to a Q bed and a happy jack Q bunk as well. Half bath in the garage along with it’s own entrance and privacy door. Patio can definitely be used when the couches are down (and when it’s nice out-just a suggestion). Outside has a 30gal fuel storage, leash latches for your pups and an outdoor shower! Portable grill and satellite (w/ dish month to month subscription) are also included. 13’ garage fits comfortably our Side x Side or 2 seater four wheeler.*******Be Advised******
* To protect the integrity of the rig, we require a Supplemental Rental Agreement to be executed by the renter. This goes above and beyond the agreement RV Share provides. It really just goes into more detail front to back and everything inside. Do’s and Don’t’s, tips and guides!*This is a 41’ trailer. When we are hooked up, we are the length of a semi. We cannot maneuver in any tight spaces. Please ask if you are unsure.*What are you waiting on!
What's includedWe will have all linens provided. Of course bring what you are comfortable with as well! There are camping chairs, 2 outdoor rugs. If it’s in the camper, use it! We welcome any suggestions you may have to make someone else’s stay even better!
• Plates, cups, cutlery, Keurig, coffee, toaster, crockpot, electric griddle, portable grill and we've just purchased 3 bikes for your older children!RecommendationsI would recommend bringing a cooler for all of your drinks. Our fridge is a standard RV fridge. Too much product and it won’t cool evenly. It works great but if you want those drinks to be extra cold, I’d keep them in a cooler. There is a 100 gal fresh water tank. So, you can’t continuously run the water unless you are hooked up to water. We have never had an issue with or without hookup availability.
Awnings can be used at renters risk. If it is very windy or there is heavy rain, they are not to be used. Other things to noteWe require an additional Supplemental Rental Agreement to be signed upon rental. Basically, going over the rig front to back and in between, do’s and don’t’s and things you may not have though of to ask.
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind. No pets. No drugs. We want you to treat our rig as if it were your own. Use only the TP provided. Awnings can definitely be used provided there is not a great deal of wind or heavy rain. They are expensive to replace!

We love to camp and ride! Sometimes they are done separately, but together is much more fun! We have 3 children. Our oldest is in the US Army/ Airborne stationed in Italy with his wife and 8mo old son. Our middle is a junior at the University of Memphis majoring in psychology and the youngest is a junior in high school. We have 4 dogs, a wolfbreed, shepard, pittie mix and dachsund. All but the doxie are terrified of even trying to get in the camper. Currently, we don't allow animals because they are so unpredictable. We are hoping to share of love of camping with you. It's all about those memories! Our hope is you treat our camper as your own. This is an extension of our home, and we want to be able to enjoy it for many years. Transparency is very important to us so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Likewise, if we need to update you on the front end, it's not to discourage you but rather to keep you informed. Thank you for checking us out!

This was our first time to use the Outdoorsy service. Elesa went out of her way to communicate with us on all questions. The unit was exactly as described. The delivery and installation were both spot on. We were able to create some great family memories! Thank you Elesa and Scott!
